The possibility to use (and to mount the device) comfortably in confined spaces, allows installation in an unused area that does not interfere with loading and unloading.
It is no longer necessary to climb up onto the flat bed to secure a load, the whole operation can be carried out easily from outside, both with the tail gate raised or lowered.
The mounting operation is simple and extremely quick :
- you need to unscrew the two screws already present on the flat bed fixing the metal ring
- screw in, in its place the support for fixing the tensioning device
- finally fix the device screwing it to the central threaded hole
Fixing of the device, using an hex key which enters through the predisposed hole in the rotor.
Assembly is easy in a minimum of space. Note the extremely limited amount of manouvering space the device is able to operate in.
Load securing: unlike when using other solutions, the task is quickly completed using one hand only and without the need of getting up onto the flat bed.
The unused webbing can be stored neatly under the device’s operating lever.
An ever ready solution that’s never an encumbrance!
