WARRANTY
The warranty covers eventual defects in materials
and production flaws that evidence themselves before the
end of two years for private customers, before for the end of
twelve months for professional customers. As the use of the
product is beyond Avtens control, under no circumstances can
the producer’s responsibility be extended to any direct, indirect
or accidental damage, or in anything consequential to such,
including the loss or damaging of loads, damage to vehicles and
in general for all other sorts of damage or loss.
Compensation for the purchaser, in relation to installation,
application or use of the product, is strictly limited to repairing,
substitution or the refund of the purchase price.
